This is an up close and personal look at a foundation replacement which recently occurred in South
Windsor Connecticut due to Alkali Silica Reaction (ASR). First excavation is required to expose the foundation. Then the foundation
wall is saw cut to where replacement is needed then the wall is removed after the home has been supported.
Here is a look at another ASR project completed in 2006 in South Windsor.
